It is vital to identify specific training needs of target SMEs prior to creating a training program, in order to craft a well-designed and adapted training programme. INDEP thus conducted a thorough needs assessment that included field visits to selected SMEs, held one-day workshops in each District and conducted 100 individual assessments.
INDEP is providing training and coaching to 100 SMEs in Matale and Nuwara Eliya Districts of the ENTERPRISE Project implemented by Chrysalis Catalyze.
