He is also a practitioner in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in Business Development Services delivery, multi-stakeholder facilitation for Rural Development Approaches, quality assurance and marketing in Food & Agro Processing, as well as in Gender & Technology.

Ahmad is a dynamic professional in humanitarian and public sectors with more than 7 years’ experience in actively providing technical leadership. He specializes in Food Security Analysis, Market and Value Chain Analysis with focus on food, cash and non-food item based interventions in the Middle Eastern context. Ahmad has tangible expertise in leading, steering and directing a wide array of initiatives varying in scope and complexity, providing management and technical advice to several humanitarian and relief projects and organizations in troubled areas.

Reihshan is an assistant researcher whose research interests are included within the fields of development, the environment, and conflict studies. He has assisted in the background research, data collation and organization and editing in the production of a learning paper; has developed or contributed to the development of concept notes and providing context analysis on subjects such as food insecurity, human trafficking and climate change; and has assisted in the coordination and organization of research conferences.
Salma Aish Jeneby is a Financial Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in Financial Management, Audit and Administration. She handles key finance and administrative functions at INDEP. She has worked as a Senior Auditor, a Business Analyst and held several Administrative and Accounting positions in multi-cultural working environments. She has provided key management and technical expertise, including the creation and management of financial departments, to several companies in a variety of industries including broadcast media, eco-energy, and data management and services. As a Senior Auditor, she actively plans, supervises and executes corporate operational audits, conducts risk assessments, data and documentation review, internal control testing, and the compilation and presentation of audit findings, recommendations and improvements to clients.

Thusharini is a specialist with a strong commitment to inclusion, governance, gender justice, and youth empowerment, with over 10 years of experience in a range of professional pursuits in the humanitarian sector, International Organizations, and civil society. She has contributed to Integrated Economic and Governance Development Consortium as an adviser recently. Her previous work includes consultancy and full-time work with, but not limited to, Humanity and Inclusion, World Vision, Strategic Inspiration, and Sevanatha Urban Resource Center.

Dharshini is a specialist with more than 16 years of experience in providing expertise in Compliance and Partner Capacity Building. She has a proven track record in Finance, HR and Administration with a number of humanitarian and development organizations. She has worked in different contexts from volatile humanitarian settings, immediate emergency and disaster response to complex development settings, and worked on more than 20 projects in total. More specifically, her relevant work experience includes managing and capacity building of more than 30 local partner organizations in Sri Lankan context. She is fluent in the accounting packages such as SAGA and QuickBooks and has excellent knowledge in budgeting, budget monitoring, Budget follow up formats, and preparing budgets for project proposals. Dharshini also has familiarized concepts and applications of Results-Based Management and PMFs. She is multilingual with fluency in Tamil, Sinhala and English.
